General

Our booking policy, including our general cancellation policy can be found here. Please read before booking. Fees apply for late cancellations and no shows.

We are cashless, so please bring a bank card with you to settle your bill. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express as well as contactless payments.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as you can. We can hold your table for up to 20 minutes, although this may be taken off your booking duration. After this time, your table may be released and your booking marked as a no-show, resulting in a cancellation fee.

Do you have disabled access

Our Ground floor is accessible, with a ramped entrance.
Please note our Mezzanine on the 1st floor does not have a lift available.

Menus

Our menus are seasonal, so do change throughout the year. You can find our latest menus here. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to your bill.

Please advise your server of any dietary requirements or allergies.

Certain menus are only available in specific areas of the venue (e.g À La Carte available in the restaurant only). Please speak to a member of our events team for full details.

Age Policy

Under 18’s are allowed in before 4pm with responsible adults. They are not allowed upstairs in our mezzanine. We reserve the right not to allow under 18’s in on peak game days. Please ensure anyone lucky to look under 25 is carrying a valid form of ID. We accept valid passports or UK driving licence.

Booking

We will always try to accommodate seated bookings on as fewer tables as possible, however may need to split your party across multiple tables. In this instance we would then prioritise trying to keep you close to one another, although we may not guarantee this.

Larger bar bookings may be based on standing capacities. Please speak with a member of our events team for further details.

Larger groups may be required to pre-order and/or dine from set menus. Please speak to our events team for details.

Our venues are also available for private hire meaning some spaces may be out of use to the public on your visit.

We don’t have a strict dress code, but we do kindly ask guests to dress appropriately for the occasion. Right of admission reserved.
